Business Unit Overview The Corporate Communications Manager supports employee engagement, culture, and brand reputation through strategic messaging and channel management across the organization. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the AskBob! intranet. Develop and distribute the monthly employee newsletter. Lead HR communications across corporate, plant, and transportation teams. Align with plant leadership to ensure timely field messaging. Coordinate and support employee recognition program communications. Plan and execute employee event communications. Partner with HR and senior leadership for change‑management communications. Leverage intranet, email, digital signage, mobile platforms, and live meetings. Support onboarding communications. Create content for daily and weekly direction‑setting meetings. Embed business strategy into all communication materials. External Communications Oversee LinkedIn strategy and content management. Support philanthropic and community communications. Executive & Corporate Support Provide PowerPoint management, review, and coordination. Partner with senior leaders to craft compelling narratives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or related roles. Manufacturing support a plus. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint), intranet platforms, and social media tools. Proven ability to deliver results while managing multiple projects and stakeholders. Experience working with HR, Executives, Plant leadership, and cross‑functional teams.
