Flooring and Countertop Store Manager | St. George, UT

Nexeo HR is seeking an experienced and motivated Flooring and Countertop Store Manager to lead daily operations at a well-established flooring and surface materials store in St. George, UT. In this role, you’ll oversee sales, customer service, inventory, and installation coordination—ensuring every project is completed with exceptional quality and efficiency. Responsibilities

•Oversee all store operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and strong team performance

•Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, meet revenue targets, and maximize profitability

•Deliver excellent customer service—address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales and installation process

•Manage inventory levels, conduct audits, and coordinate product orders to maintain accurate stock

•Hire, train, and lead sales and installation staff to deliver exceptional results and uphold company standards

•Collaborate with installation teams to schedule and complete projects on time and to quality specifications

•Stay current on product trends, materials, and installation techniques to offer expert guidance to customers

Qualifications

•3–5 years of experience in the flooring and countertop industry, including knowledge of various materials and installation methods

•Strong understanding of flooring (hardwood, laminate, tile) and countertop (granite, quartz) installation processes

•Proven success managing a retail store or similar environment, meeting or exceeding sales goals

•Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff

•Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities

•Proficiency with MS Office Suite and point-of-sale systems

•Professional demeanor and commitment to providing top-tier customer service

Pay

$25.00–$35.00 per hour

Schedule

Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
