Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a short-term assignment. This role requires a local candidate who can commit to a day-shift schedule and deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Hours: 5:45 AM – 6:15 PM
Shift Length: 12 hours
Schedule: May include weekdays and weekends as assigned
Contract Length: 6 weeks
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility protocols
Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient conditions
Assist with ADLs, wound care, vitals, and documentation
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain infection control and safety procedures
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff
Active and unencumbered LPN license
Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience (long-term care preferred)
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Must be local (no travel compensation provided)
Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills
