Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, resident-centered care as an RN in post-acute facilities.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop personalized care plans.
• Communicate care options with medical staff, residents, and family members.
• Monitor vital signs and collect lab samples as needed.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as required.
• Document vital signs and nursing interventions accurately in resident records.
• Ensure the effective use of medical equipment.
• Assist in incident investigations with other staff.
• Comply with applicable laws and standards of care.
• Provide training to nursing professionals and support staff as needed.
• Adhere to resident care plans consistently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) .
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
