This is a full-time role with a spectacular work-life balance, operating on a Monday-Thursday schedule with 10-hour shifts, resulting in a three-day weekend every week.

Role and Responsibilities

• Construct and install mechanical, electrical, propulsion, plumbing, and carpentry systems in our boats
• Manage diesel and gasoline engines, pumps, HVAC units, hydraulics, and fuel systems
• Install steering and control systems alongside marine hardware
• Decipher installation guides and interpret technical schematics
• Prioritize system safety, performance, and quality
• Keep the workspace clean, orderly, and safe

Qualities We Seek

• Previous experience installing marine mechanical or electrical systems
• Comprehensive understanding of marine systems including propulsion and HVAC
• Skill in reading blueprints and technical documentation
• Teamwork and independent work capabilities
• Strong detail orientation and craftsmanship commitment
• Physical fitness to lift 50 pounds and work in physically demanding roles
