Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with physicians and other team members to provide high-quality care to our patients. Schedule and Shift Details

• Flexible scheduling options
• Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Provide direct patient care, including examinations, prescribing medication, and recommending treatment plans.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Perform minor surgical procedures and wound care as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and make appropriate referrals when necessary.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and education to remain current with medical guidelines and best practices.

Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program with 2 plus years experience.
• Current, unrestricted state licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
