Job Description

LIVunLtd is looking for Pool Attendants to join our growing team!As a PoolAttendant you are responsible, have a positive attitude, and have a knack for exceptional customer service. Under general supervision you are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and luxurious, smooth and efficient operational procedures within all amenity spaces of a luxury condominium. This is a part time position.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Have a thorough, innate knowledge of 5-star customer service standards to provide a superior experience for residents and guests at all times. Have excellent interpersonal skills, able to handle all types of requests in a calm, professional and timely manner. Welcome all residents and guests to the pool or spa and consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service. Assist with setting up pool furniture and poolside amenities to building standards. Ensure that the towels are clean and fully stocked at all times, always adhering to standard operating procedures. Clear used towels, glasses, and trash. Follow proper maintenance and sanitation procedures, and complete checklists through routine inspections. Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and professional appearance. Perform additional duties and responsibilities specific to the building and upon request of the manager. Enforce rules and regulations of recreational facilities to maintain discipline and ensure employee and resident safety. Monitor the activity of residents and guests, ensuring compliance with safety/emergency/incident/accident protocols. Assist with the daily upkeep of all amenity spaces including the pools, fitness center, locker rooms, steam room, sauna, wet areas, pool furniture, reporting any breakages or other maintenance issues to management. Maintain effective communication with the Lifestyle Manager, residents, supervisors, and building management to keep them apprised of operational needs, happenings, and occurrences.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in a luxury hospitality setting. At least 1 year of experience with a pool or beach operation. Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, effectively with residents, guests, vendors, and co-workers. Must read, write, and speak the English language fluently. Enthusiastic, passionate, and knowledgeable about the hospitality industry. Knowledge of multiple languages is an additional asset. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Ability to perform essential job functions and maintain professionalism under pressure. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work days and weekends. Ability to bend, stoop, stand and perform extensive walking. Ability to lift at least 30 pounds on a regular basis.
