12+ month REMOTE W2 Contract position with benefits Rate: $70-77/hr with benefits/PTO Healthcare Project Manager - Epic Revenue Cycle Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience managing projects involving Epic Revenue Cycle Strong understanding of Epic Revenue Cycle front-end and/or back-end processes Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables PMP Certified Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in Healthcare IT Hands‑on experience with Epic Revenue Cycle solutions, such as Epic Hospital based or Physician billing, HIM, Cadence, and/or MyChart Strong understanding of project tracking and escalation processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Familiarity with ServiceNow (preferred) PMI or PMP certification (strongly preferred) Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate all phases of project activities Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) Monitor and track project progress, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines Communicate project status, risks, issues, decisions, and action items to stakeholders Manage project scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, and issues Forecast and track project financials Facilitate virtual project meetings and ensure effective collaboration across teams Collaborate with third‑party vendors, internal departments, and service partners Education: Degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
