Purpose of the role:
MHIRJs network of service centers, support offices and parts depots are positioned in important aviation hubs in the U.S. The Quality Control Supervisor directs the assignment of Quality Control and NDT Inspectors in the areas of aircraft, parts, and NDT inspections. They also monitor the adequacy and Quality of the Inspection Program to ensure that all work is performed in accordance with applicable specification and regulations and directs changes or corrections when required. The Quality Control Supervisor resolves controversial and/or circumstantial write-ups and supports the Quality Manager in maintaining consistent quality performance across the organization.
