Recreation Assistant

Part Time | Days and Evenings

** PAY RATE BETWEEN $16-18/HOUR **
(based on experience)

Recreation Assistant Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current, valid CPR certification preferred.
• Experience with seniors and/or leading activity groups preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license.
• Flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What you'll do as a Recreation Assistant:

• Implement daily activity programs, including preparation, cleanup, and encouraging resident participation in meaningful, age-appropriate activities.
• Build positive relationships, assist with transporting residents to and from activity areas, and help with outings, including loading/unloading the bus.
• Monitor activity areas for safety, maintain a clean environment, and report any concerns promptly.
• Organize supplies, create activity packets, and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
