Skills Intern/Co-op – Medical Devices Regulatory Affairs (MD RA) opportunity will help you grow in your educational and career development. We provide training and mentorship as you hone your skills and build confidence in the healthcare field. During this internship, you will have the opportunity to: Assist in the compilation and publishing of global regulatory submissions of our products Support the transition of files to applicable regulatory/quality databases Attend project team meetings with RA lead to assist in strategic discussions and strengthen collaboration Learn regulatory affairs competencies to ensure product registration lifecycle processes compliance Evaluate current processes and propose opportunities for efficiencies/improvements Qualifications Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a Graduate degree (Master's or PhD) in Life Sciences, Engineering, Law/Legal, or Regulatory Affairs. Candidates must be available to work full-time. Exact start dates are flexible depending on school schedule. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future. Demonstrated leadership is preferred. Candidates must be detail-oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks. Candidates must be able to work independently as well as on a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel with pivot tables and graphs, PowerPoint); strong oral and written communication skills. Experience with SharePoint, Teams and other IT systems is desirable. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is strongly preferred. Additional information: Permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship at the time of application or in the future.
