Jayco by Camping World in Morgan Hill, CA, is seeking a high-energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business by being a subject matter expert on inventory, assisting customers, and partnering with the dealership team. Ideal candidates will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, a work hard/play hard mentality, and a competitive nature to have fun and make money! We believe in investing in your success. As a first-time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay based on residency and state laws. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $150,000+ annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses are available to those who qualify. Camping World is seeking an RV Sales Associate for our growing team. We're looking for a high-energy, motivated individual to sell RVs and grow the business. Your passion for generating sales for new and used RVs will be rewarded through an aggressive, uncapped earnings potential and a commission-driven pay plan. Successful team members can earn $150,000+ annually based on performance . Bonuses are available for those who qualify. What You’ll Do: Promote a high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthroughs Close sales effectively by working closely with the F&I team Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach What You’ll Need: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years' sales experience, ideally in RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license Basic computer skills for reviewing inventory and entering customer information Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending Compensation: This is a 100% commission-based role with variable annual earnings estimated between $50,000 and $150,000+. In California, Massachusetts, and Maine, a base hourly rate will be provided in addition to commissions. In other states, minimum compensation will be at least the applicable minimum wage or $12.25/hour, whichever is higher.
