Security Professional - Dispatch Security Clearance Required

As a Security Professional - Dispatch Security Clearance Required in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch professional in an aero and defense environment, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure atmosphere. Your visible presence and attentive communication will support a welcoming environment for all on site. This post requires driving responsibilities in accordance with Allied Universal's standards. Pay Rate: $27.75 / Hour

Day Time

Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Monitor and coordinate incoming and outgoing communications to support security-related operations at the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including dispatching appropriate personnel as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and communications for site management and Allied Universal.
• Support access control and visitor management processes by coordinating with on-site personnel and verifying credentials as necessary.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with site personnel, emergency responders, and Allied Universal management regarding incidents and requests for assistance.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
